how long will it take to produce and deliver the images/video?


it really depends on the job, but typically, if it’s just a quick shoot featuring less than 100 images it can be edited and delivered as fast as a day or two!

however, a full day shoot consisting of hundreds of shots and hours of footage may take several weeks—perfecting each shot to your liking takes time and love! 💕

but typically speaking:

— portrait sessions / pre-wedding: 1-2 weeks
— weddings: 1-1.5 months

note: if you’re an event organizer and you need finalized images produced on the day, special arrangements can be met.


what services do you offer?


I am a dedicated and skilled creator, and can offer a wide range of services. I specialize in the following types of videography and photography:

there is nothing I cannot capture, so if your event or idea is not listed, get in touch with me and I will do my best to cater to you. I also offer design and branding for businesses, big or small 😊


we are camera shy. will that be a problem?


that is not a problem at all!

I understand that not everyone is confident in front of a camera. I feel a little nervous in front of a camera too! 😅

I will always aim to make you and your guests feel comfortable and relaxed so you may get the best photos possible.

we love our engagement photos! do you offer discounts?


yes!

I currently offer a 10% discount on wedding packages if you have had a previous session (engagement or portraiture) through me. please do not hesitate with asking me about discounts the next time we are discussing the details of your wedding!

note: I currently only offer discounts for weddings packages.


do you offer drone services?


yes! if you’re looking for aerial photography / videography, I own a drone and can cater to your needs 😊

how long will my photos be stored?


I will store your photos securely online for you to access for 6 months following your session. please ensure you download your content within this timeframe.

after this time, I may not be able to guarantee that your content will still be there, but please contact me if you’re looking for content

note: a small service fee may be applicable on retrieving your stored photos, depending on how much time has passed since your session.

what happens if an SD card goes corrupt after a shoot?


your photos are as important to me as it is to you especially if we’ve just captured that super important moment, such as your wedding day!

the great thing about the cameras I use is that they feature two separate storage compartments. this means that on the (very) rare occasion that one of my storage cards loses images we’ve just shot due to corruption/failure, there will still be another backup copy of every image on the second storage unit.

furthermore, all images captured are copied and uploaded to a cloud storage as soon as a shoot is done, so there is nothing to fear: your images are safe! 😄


do you deliver every image you capture?


it depends—I strive to deliver only a certain level of excellence—which should result with most of the images from your session.

while I aim to capture every little moment, I will generally opt to not deliver imperfect photos (i.e—a closed eye, mid-sneeze, etc).


what format will my content be delivered in?


all images will be delivered in JPEG format. I do not provide raw photo files (unless a special agreement has been made—if you require raw photos/footage, please contact me).
